language bar(region and settings) problem c#.net
how to enable region language (Arabic language) settings through c# coding.
actually my requirement is " I have 2 radio buttons one for arabic and 2nd one for English. when i click on arabic input text changes to arabic it's working fine based on region and language settings(Language bar). here i enable language bar settings from control panel. i don't want from control panel. when i click on arabic language bar comes automatically. how can i solve it?
