no bro it through an Erroer like LINQ to Entities does not recognize the method 'Boolean EndsWith(System.String System.StringComparison)' method and this method cannot be translated into a store expression. THIS IS MY QUERY public List GetLike() { var x=from n in db.EMPs //where n.ENAME.StartsWith(A) where n.ENAME.EndsWith(s StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase) select n; return x.ToList (); } }

Hello Ranjith your code working fn but its Case sensitive cant we write with out case sensitive
