Linked the C# message box with the asp.net webform popup

Hello

 

Please I need help with the code attached.  I want when the user authentication failed the user click on the  OK button on the message box to trigger the registration popup form. I think I am passing the wrong value in TargetControlID. Any help will be very appreciated. Everything else works
