list all the tables in the list box

I try to archive my record from the table if the rec exceed 5000 rec.My problem is to list all the tables name in the list box(in a form) before archive the record based on the selected table.

i'm using the odbc connection.most of the examples shown in the internet are using the oleconnection.I really have no idea of listing the tables from my database (*.mdb)to the listbox. i've tried the one that u gave me but still i don't know on how to do it..

for each datarow in your dataset -listbox.items.add(datarow.item(x).text) next or something along those lines
