List BOx Not Displaying Values Please Correct me

Question

I am trying to get the result from web service, I did every thing fine
but when i tried to dis play the result in list box or grid value is not coming to display area
please  correct me where is my  mistake

iam killing my time on this
Iam not able to know where is my mistake
