List views in sharepoint 2010

Question

Hi,

   I am stuck with this problem. I have a sharepoint list with two views
1.all Items
2. Personal view: only administrator can see this view

      when admin login to site he will be shown the allitems view by default. so i want to set the personal view as default view to administrator.

Can load a view dynamically? OR can you show or hide view in the code? On page load, check what user permissions are and show and hide the view based on the user. Alternatively, probably a time consuming way. You can create two WebParts, one that displays all items and other that is personal view. When user type is admin, it will load first WebPart and otherwise.

One way is right as Mahesh sir mentioned another way i can say. Easy method is ask your admin to create a personal view and check the option to make this as their default view another way Create a webpart page and put your list as webpart and set view as you mentioned for admin then make it target audience to Admin group.In the same page add same copy of list as webpart with view to general make this target to general
