listbox problem

Question

i can take my database data and i want to show in listbox so i writen this code
code::::listBox1.items.Add(set["field1"] +""+set["field2"] );
but this code didn't run
how can i run this code or other code ?

i'm not 100% certain what your after like the previous guy said we need more info that said however i don't use DBs much and i normal use the following method to put stuff in a list box listBox1.SelectedIndex = 0; listBox1.DisplayMember = Name listBox1.Items.AddRange(a.ToArray()); where a is an arraylist of values then just make sure the classes being added have a property public string Name{ get { return ;} }
