List pb = snake.ToList(); is not working in .NET 2.0 ...

i have made my project in C# .NET 4.0.. but when i try to build the project in 2.0... it gives me error of ToList();

ToList() was added in 3.5 Framework anything below that will not compile.

You will most likely have to write a function for that since extension methods are not available either.
