load a list of usercontrol

Question

Hi, how to load 5 property in c# (food1.xaml.cs - food5.xaml.cs).? I mean, in this case I have 5 property, food1, food2, food3, food4, food5. I want to make a list for them, and call 
them into mainpage.cs and random it.
