Load and Read XML file in ASP.Net

Hi

I need your help. Can you send me the code to read one xml file.

<Group>

   <Country name="India" />

   <Country name="US" />

   <Country name="UK" />

   <Country name="Singapore" />

   <Country name="Australia" />

</Group>

Also one more need that, to find out whether INDIA exist among country nodes.
