Load Image faster in asp.net

I have so many data with  images

 which are so in a gridview when the gridview is loaded  datas are populated that time but the  images took time to populate.

I find reporting services by going to the start menu, then Microsoft SQL Server 2005, then SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio.  Once it opens select File, New Project, and you should have selctions for Report Server*.  Choose one and Visual Studio should open.  I hope this helps as I know how frustrating this can be, been there.
