Localizing applications

How do you set a text box or any other similar input control to default to a differnt language other then English. Especially a right to left language?

Setting the TextAlign property is not enough. What happanes is that you start writing English from the right side of the TextBox. I can switch to second language by hitting Alt-Shift but I want the second language to be default.

for textbox label button or anything that supports TextAlign property set it to Right or MiddleRight
