Looking career in hadoop

Hi i have almost 3 years of exp in .NET profile so if i looks hadoop's future in terms of demand. Is it right time or way to move. Please suggest ?

Hi Mohit  Hadoop and Big Data are one of the hottest skills in demand right now . Its a fact that there isn't much skillfull people in the market for Hadoop/Big Data openings which makes it a huge opportunity . It is being used by all kinds of business these days  this demand is only going to grow in the future with the exponential growth of data . With businesses going to Cloud and Social networking making a place in the global markets Data Centric jobs are going to get hotter . There is a lot of advancements coming in the field of hadoop and Big Data . Given that you have 3 years experience if you are ready to take up the challenge of switching the domain It will pay off in the long run .
