I want to capture & Save the image in c# windows application by webcam...
After lot of search on google & c# corner site i didnt get satisfied code to capture & save the image by webcam... If any one have idea or Code please help me....

there is occured one error when start the camera: An error occured while capturing the video image.the video capture will now be terminated. Object reference not set to an instance of an object give me the solution urgently.

I used Imtiyaz Ansari webcam.rar but it showing some error.... on using second time error reports : error : object ref not set to ref of obj. and it ask for video source.

Hi It's possible that your problem is already solved but i can offer an other solution how can you connect and capture your cameras image. You can find an example you can download and try it. If the webcam has a standard DirectShow driver you can capture video and still images from the camera using DirectShow SDK but last time I checked it did not have a ready .NET interface from Microsoft. This means you will have to use a third-party toolkit based on DiretShow such as Leadtools.

If the digital camera has a TWAIN driver yes you can also use Dynamic .NET TWAIN to capture images from the camera. You can test with this demo app (zip).
