Looping through Gridview

Assuming that your GridView name is GridView1 you can loop through each row of GridView through following line of code: Foreach(GridViewRow row in GridView1.Rows) { string firstColValue=row.cells[0].Text; ..................... } Hope this helps to resolve your problem !!!

As Mirko stated I have the need to loop through the original Datasource of the gridview. Can anyone provide some sample code on how to get to the data values within the datasource?

How do you bind the data? If you use a DataSource to bind data i would suggest to loop through the datasource.
