Question

Hi I was trying to build this sample project (Personalizing Mobile Web Applications by Dipal Choksi)as i wanted to learn about I created a unique site named Stock in my ISS default website folder with the three files inetpub\wwwroot\stock\web.config I receive this error Parser Error Message: It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS. Much Appreciate help Paul
