mail message in asp.net

i am developing a website in which i want to confiqure the mails to be sent to subscriber.When ever new newsletter is posted to websiteit automatically send those newsletters to the users who are subscribed to us. need help soon. Thanks Amitesh

code somehow works bt there is some error Command not implemented. The server response was: 5.5.1 Unrecognized command. pn9sm29761957pbb.22 - gsmtp i dnt knw how to resolve it....
