make a picture appear within 5 second in Microsoft Visual C#

how do i get a picture to appear within 5 seconds ? without using variables? for example how would i get PictureBox1 to appear within 5 seconds ?

The loading time depends on different factors such as: Image Width height Bits per pixel Image format etc. Note that the basic visual studio classes don't support loading all image formats. I searched internet and found a good commercial toolkit named leadtools that is specialized in imaging.
