Make directory

Hi! Can anyone give me a code if the typed directory is existing. if its not the it will create that direcotry.

I am in the process of creating a aspx page to create directories and upload files to the server. I had to give the ASPNET user full access to the base directory c:eleaseDocs before the CreateDirectory would work. It will not work when the directory is under c:\inetpub\wwwroot\myAppeleaseDocs. It throws an UnauthorizedAccessException. FYI: It will create subdirectories CreateDirectory(c:\releaseDocs\ + userInput.Text); where userInput.Text = \releasesFor2004\Nov2004\myWord.doc; It creates both the releasesFor2004 directory and the Nov2004 directory.
