Making a menu with animation

Good afternoon I'm starting with programming in wpf I've seen some applications with dynamic menu it has animation then I'm looking information about how can I do it? Anybody can help me? Regards!!!

Animation is very easy with WPF. The thing to remember is the Type of the property you are going to animate. For instance if you want to change the Width or Height of a control which are of type double you need to use DoubleAnimation. Define a StoryBoard and proceed with an animation. Animation is defined here as a change of value over time.
