New to this, hope I am in right place. Saw an article by Tanmay Sarkar on making a dll file which contains an icon set like SHELL32.dll. I need to know what program I can use to do that. I downloaded Visual Studio but cannot seem to locate steps to follow his article. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.....
