Master Detail Layout in Asp.net Mvc

Question

i am working on the Asp.Net Mvc. I want to show record Category wise in the partial view which is rendering thorough ajax using jquery. i need result like Asp.Net 1 2 3 Mvc 1 2 3 C# 1 2 3 But i need some guidance. So help me in this problem. Thanks in advance..!

You can easily do it in backend side itself. That is using group by clause you can group the record by category in the SQL Server and return the result to your application. In your application just loop thru it (based on category or category id) and formulate the table structure. Hope this helps!
