70-316 MCP Exam

Question

I passed the exam today with an 817 (700 require to pass). There were 58 questions to be answered in 2 and a half hours. There was easily plenty of time. A lot of emphasis was on ADO.NET and Security. time to move on to the next exam now...

hi james i would like to know which books do u suggest for 316 exam i mean currently i hve Applied .Net framework BY jerrey Richter book other than MSque book what else i need to refer or fellow for the exam. do u hve any ebooks... if u don't mind can u plz share those with me... thanks gets

Geets Here is a page that gives you a good overview of what is tested along with the material to study as well... http://www.codeclinic.com/70-316skills.htm I would also suggest getting the Microsoft Press Windows App with Visual Studio .Net exam book and do all of the labs. Since you're new to C# you're going to need to do the hands-on exercises to really get the concepts. Also put extra effort into learning ADO.NET. good luck! -James

hi james Congratulations for passing the exam..and wish u best of luck for the other exmas well i am also planning to take MCP exam..I am beginner to c# to i would like to take this exam by anug end... would u plz guide me how to study for this exam ...i know i need to take 3 exams for this i hve started with C# but apart from C# what all i need to study for this 316 exam... can u plz guide me in this regard...i am badly in need of some guidence. once again congrats Geets
