mdi children problems

Hi This is similar to: http://216.26.160.137/Forums/AspNetForums20/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=7487 When you maximize an mdi child it puts Min Max and Close buttons on the same level as the MainMenu of the mdi parent. How can I maximize an mdi child and NOT have those buttons appear?? Thanks!

I must admit it seems kind of strange. Here's the reason. I want to skin my app. This would naturally include the forms as well. To best do this the FormBorderStyle of the forms would be set to none. This would allow me to use my own images to create fake borders min max close buttons etc.. For my min max close images I would use FormWindowState to set the window state to minimized maximized etc.. This works great on regular forms however on MDI children when you maximize them inside of an MDI parent form whose FormBorderStyle is set to none it adds an ugly little grey stripe across the top of the parent and puts the min max close buttons there as well as the form's icon. This looks TERRIBLE and thus messes up the whole skin look. So if anyone has any ideas I would be very greatful!

Ok. Why would you want to do this? If the user has Maximized an MDI child and you took away the buttons how do you expect the user to then Restore the window's size?
