Memory Stream versus File Stream

hi I want to know that what is the difference between Memory Stream and File Stream? please reply .....

In the case of a FileStream the backing store is a file on disk. In the case of a MemoryStream the backing store is a byte array within memory. A 'backing store' is simply the technical term for a source from which bytes can be sequentially read or a destination to which bytes can be sequentially written or both.
