Mentor for developing a student project

Question

Hi all I am developing a web scanner application. i know the steps needed to be taken to acheive the scanner but I don't really know how to implement them using c#. I want someone to assist me on how best I can achieve them. Regards

Please share bit more details which would be helpful for someone to respond: Technology: Windows Forms Web (asp.net or asp.net mvc) Is db involved? What is it that you ultimately want to achieve? (for example while scanning the Internet what is it that you are looking for?) What are the reports expected? In fact as much details as you can possibly share. In short the requirement document.

Unfortunately I don't personally believe that I will be able to mentor the whole process. However I distinctly remember suggesting you to put the web-browser control on a Windows Forms application and start using it. Web-crowling is very simple. However posting form and other things that you have mentioned are not at all that easy. What you are doing is a sort of hacking only. NOTE: I do not mean to discourage you. The fact that I cannot do doesn't mean you cannot do. That's why web-sites have captcha's implemented. How are going to deal with captcha?
