Menu Probleam

Question

Hello Sir...

I  am working in HTML and design different menu and add items. But when we add again any items in menu then increase size again and again. Sir please define how can we fix size for menu item?

2- When we move a cursor on any menu then all items show in up and down type my format is not show in exact way?
