Unfortunately you can't change the title of the confirm box though you can do something like this: OnClientClick=return confirm(' Deletion Confirmation Box

Do you really want to delete?');

Is this an ASP.NET application rather than Windows Forms? If it is then you can use a Javascript confirm box though the buttons for this are OK and Cancel rather than Yes and No:
