In order to display MessageBox. I wish to know how to add user directive using System.Windows.Forms;

Just place that using directive at the top of your source code file with the other using directives. However if you're doing this from a console application you'll also need to add a reference to System.Wndows.Forms.dll as VS doesn't do this by default. Right click on the project name in Solution Explorer select Add Reference from the dropdownlist navigate to the above named dll and OK it.
