MessageBox.Show() to display in front of the C# application

Question

My PC is linked to 2 monitors top and bottom. When I run the C# application it opens at the bottom monitor. I then drag that C# application to the top monitor. However when there is a MessageBox pops up it is at the bottom monitor. How can I set it such that the MessageBox pop up is at the top monitor?
