Methods are not being exposed in WCFTestclient

Question

Hi Folks,

 

 

Since iam new to WCF, methods are not being exposed in WCFTestclient .can anyone help me out with this, as it's an urgent requirement  herewith iam attaching web.config and WCFTestClient.exe.

 

 

 

Please help me out with this.I even tried mexhttpsbinding but nothing worked out
