I can list the different voices available in SAPI 5.1 as follows. for (int i=0;i<Voice.GetVoices(str1,str2).Count;i++) { MessageBox.Show(Voice.GetVoices(str1,str2).Item(i).GetDescription(i), 'Voices',MessageBoxButtons.OK,MessageBoxIcon.Information); } How do I change to a different voice? James, You could either use SAPI 5.1/5.2 via Interop or try the new .Net Speech SDK (beta) to provide TTS functionality in .Net I believe C# samples are available with both SAPI download and the .Net speech SDK download/order. - dip
