Microsoft Word Documents from ASP.NET

Question

i have two textboxes and one button fist text box is entering the file name of word document 2nd text box is enter the text when i click the ok the document is saved in the format of word file.my requirement is automatically or dynamically adding header and footer to word document when i click the ok buttom
