Migrate 2007 Share Point to 2013 Share Point & to new server

What is the best way to Migrate 2007 Share Point to 2013 Share Point & Migrate 2013 test Share Point to the main server 1) move our department's 2007 active SharePoint site into tribal headquarters server? 2) move our department's 2013 test Share point site into tribal headquarters server? Migration from MOSS to SP2013 is not supported. You need to follow the path MOSS -> SP2010 -> SP2013. However you can use 3rd party tools like Sharegate Metalogix for direct migration. For moving SP2013 site from one server to another you can use backup and restore PowerShell cmdlets.
