Migrating ASP application from window 2003 to windows 2012

I could do the migration on the server successfully. Every time when i am passing the credentials the current user is null every time. It is setting the user from third party tool Flicks software authentix. I have migrted the tool as well now it is asking to add the directory in MMC could anybody please help that how do we find the already installed things on MMC. http://flicks.com/authentix/currentusername.htm Thanks.

any idea if we do migration using the Web deploy tool will it migrate all the attached properties with IIS6 to IIS8. My website has authentication dependency as well.
