Migration from .net 1.0 to .net 2.0

Can anyone tell me the process to migrate an application from .net 1.0 to .net 2.0.

hi... whenever u open .net 1.0 application in .net 2.0......then visualstudio 2005 automatically converts to 2.0... so.. no need to use any tool to convet from 1.0 to 2.0 ..... i already changed the application from 1.0 1.1 to 2.0 .... ok..try it..
