Migration from vb6 to vb.net issue

There is no API used in the program. I think The problem is structure 'label' has 2 structure named as 'account''department' inside it and the function Len(label) is unable to calculate size of it. So please try to provide a solution that can calculate the length of structure inside a structure. I think this issue is because of API which is not supported in VB.
