Minimize all methods

Question

Hi

I would to know if there is a way to minimize all methods or even all declared classes. We have a dll with like 160 different classes in (Line count = 32 000+). I want to be able to minimize all the methods/classes to make it more manageable.

I was also searching for a solution to this problem and after a little exploring found an easy solution hope it's applicable to your problem. From the code explorer right click outlining collapse to definitions. Works perfectly tested from Visual Studio 2008

You have to re organize your dll. Ok the most convinient situation now is divide and rule you have to devide the hole code to several zones(by function by structure or by an other criteria) then try to treat each segment independantly go optimize it and build a new module after building the hole modules then you fusion them in one assembly But in the future projects you have to use the strategy pattern more instead of applying inheritance or extending the code directly. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strategy_pattern
