Modal Pop up control problem

Question

Hi  Plzz go through the attachment.. I have a modal pop up extender for a panel control which has textboxes.. When user enters data and clicks ok I want the all the textbox values in the txtaddress.text.. Plzz help

@ Suthish Sir will this work for ok button click of the modal pop up extender. Actually the requirement is like that and i am supposed to do it that way. But at the ok button click i lose the values.. I want those all textbox values in one text box ie the txtaddress.text.
