modal popup close too late from code behind????

Question

I am using ajax modal popup for registration .

when I close my modal popup on button click (modal popup.hide()) and i clearing my textboxes .

then It takes too long time to close on server.

using javascript i have cleared textbox and also close modal popup but there is a problem if i am opening modal popup again then my validation callout extender not closing and have some validation on label that are not null . I have also used iframe but there are some problems too. I have to redirect after registration

HI you can use the java script when you are closing the model popup find the text box and set the value to empty. it will clear the text box. document . getElementById ( textbox1 ). value =  ; document . getElementById ( textbox2 ). value =  ; document . getElementById ( textbox3 ). value =  ; document . getElementById ( textbox4 ). value =  ;

Sir i have used javascript function to close modal popup but i have to clear all textbox if have any text in that and also want to clear validaiton if again open modal popup so now i am using code behind on btnclose click. Is there any ideo to close validation callout if I am closing modalpopup using javascript
