move shape on a path

hi

i hve a path below like :

          1

   2

              3                 4

                       5                                                      9

                                 6               7             8 

the numbers are in ellpse,and i have a rectangel or a type shape that move the path

namely i want a shape like rectangle or icon move on number from 1 util 9

please help me how to create it 2d with c#

Somehow, when I posted this questions... alerts were not working..later they started working.. ( I mean I was able to enable them).. I also wrote an article on the same here..
