Multilanguage Without Resource

hi everyone how can i make a multi language web site with out resource.resx file. anybody have a any idea ?

Hi Ekrem Another options to store resource keys are either database table or xml file. You can write your on DBResourceProvider or XmlResourceProvider to get the resource from the store.
