Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors

Question

*ErrorNo:-2147217887 Desc: Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors. Check each OLE DB status value, if available. No work was done*

 

 i have query which executes on windows server 2008R2 and but when the same executed on windows 2012 server, then am getting this error message.

 

Does any one face this kind of issue in the past ??
