MVC and Bootsratp

i am new for MVC i have knowldege of html and CSS how Bootstrap and angular js mandatory to work on MVC ? i have heard in some industries UI developer are special for designing please help me?

Good day first Bootstrap and angular js are not mandatory please assume those are good tools so in case if you are looking for a good responsive design than you should use Bootstrap and regarding angular in asp.net mvc you can work with or without angular  its depend on your requirement but most of the customer using angular in those days  their are many tutorial available on internet so you should work at your end first for learning.
