Not pretty much MVC ..but desktop applications follows a pattern known as MVVM(Model-View-ViewModel).The architecture of MVVM is almost same as of MVC where Model represents your database entity,Views represents your presentation logic(.html,.razor,.xaml etc.) and ViewModel represents your business logic

Yet another approach would be to use ASP.NET MVC WebAPI and use it in WinForms. This is a better approach because it gives you freedom to write different UIs on single development.
