MVC3 RAZOR Will Work In IIS 5 or 6 ?

MVC3 RAZOR Will Work In IIS 5 or 6 ?,

If so can anyone tell me whats the configuration settings has to be done to host it in IIS 5 or IIS6.

It works fine in IIS 7 and above.
