MVC with ANGULAR UPLOAD FILE CONTROL

Hi All Please help me with a sample MVC-AngularJS application which uploads the excel file from a controller and displays the content in the grid(view). Thanks

@Rajeesh Upload control holds good. What i want ism if i upload the excel sheet using upload control then the mvc view should extract info from the uploaded file and displays on the screen.
