MVC 4. When we create a model in an MVC 4 application are we must and should create a Controller for that respective model ?

no this is not Compulsory . you may use any existing model as well as model out side of project or from other dll also. any way controller is compulsory to acess model as well as view.

While creating a model in MVC you should create a Controller for accessing that model. View created for generating the view for the responsive controller.

Hi First you should have View & Controller. Before creating Model there should be a View & Controller. Controller can be there without model. Model is to hold your screen data that it.
