My article yet to be approved

Hi,

I had contributed ASP.Net Web API 2 related article on Jan 27 2016 by using Content publishing wizard.

 

But as now Feb 1 2016, its still under review. 

 

What to know reasons why still under review even though I created using Content publishing wizard.
