my content of forms is not shown

Question

I am developing a window appln.....................................In my appn there is a form        Forget Password..........After some days ....the content of the form becomes     invisible...........but when i Run the appn.....its shows  the content....
only at running time...
its shows the conflict between two versions of same dependence...................................and the code automatically comtains two form load... and two initialize components,,,,,,,,every time after if i delete one....
plz help........
